The insulating glass production line mainly consists of four parts: feeding section, cleaning and drying section, inspection section, and closing section. The four sections are vertical, with the same inclination angle, compact structure, economical and practical, high efficiency, and convenient maintenance. The cleaning tank of the glass cleaning machine is made of stainless steel material and used for acid and alkali resistant rubber roller transfer printing rollers; By cleaning the organic glass window glass, it is easy to observe at any time; The feeding section, cleaning and manual variable speed motor drive drying section, and the fastest speed to ensure smooth operation of the glass.
The drying section of the glass cleaning machine uses strong diagonal blades to dry the glass surface. There is a light tube on the inspection section, which can clearly check the cleaning quality of the glass; The composite sheet has glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning devices, which can complete the positioning of glass and aluminum frame. Glass is composed of motor rubber roller bearings and transmission rollers (motor rolling bar). The inverter is driven by the glass cleaning and drying speed through the sprocket, and then accelerates to the next working cycle. After passing the inspection, the work efficiency is improved; By controlling the speed of the motor through a frequency converter, the photoelectric switch enters the next working cycle of the control glass.
The washing water system of the glass cleaning machine in this stage of the insulating glass production line is a circulating system, with a constant temperature water heating device installed on the water tank, and the water temperature can be automatically maintained within a reasonable range.
The water from the glass washer is pumped from the water tank to the glass on the surface of the water spray to clean the glass return tank and recycle it. If the water quality is poor, a water treatment device (optional) should be equipped to pour the treated water into the tank and use it according to the recycling steps.
Air duct system: The fan passes through a pair of diagonal blades and the glass is dry.
